Announcing!
That you may know..........
the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints. (Ephesians 1:18)

God's Investment in You.

We need to be reminded constantly how much God has invested in us.
No one but Him would have paid such a price.  Therefore, He has the right to expect a return on His investment.  Paul says, "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us." (2 Cor. 4:7).
If there is anything excellent in you today, it was put there by God, to be presented back to Him - with interest.  God has more than just a concern for you; He has a vested interest, and He will fight to protect it.  That explains why you stayed aloft while others capsized and sank in the same storm.

Jesus said, "Except a corn of wheat fall to the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit." (John 12:24).  The outer casing has to die before the seed on the inside can spring to life and bear fruit.  Are you getting the idea?  You've got to die to self before you can come alive in Him!  Thank God for His benefits and blessings, but what kind of returns is he getting from His investment in you?

T.D. Jakes says, "We are fertile ground broken by troubles, enriched by failures and watered with tears.  Yet there is a deposit within us that is valuable enough to place us on Satan's hit-list."  There it is.  The warfare over your life today is because of the deposit God has placed within you.  It's time to get serious and commit your life completely to Him, for he will accept nothing less.

There will be a prayer time at the church each 2nd and 4th Thursday at 6:00pm.
Everyone is welcome to attend.

God answers prayers - sometimes, when hearts are weak.
He gives the very gifts believers seek.
But often faith must learn a deeper rest,
And trust God's silence, when he does not speak;
For He whose name is Love will send the best:
Stars may burn out nor mountain walls endure
But God is true; His promises are sure
To those who seek. - M.G. Plantz.
