Sunday 1 August 2010

Hello everyone and welcome to our services today.

Sunday Morning
10am - Brent Pickworth will be speaking:
Recently I have been speaking on how God has made us to be conductors of His presence and power into the lives of others around us. This requires us to have one hand firmly fixed on God, one hand to minister to those around us and our feet planted in God's Word the Bible.

Today I want to look at what it means for us to have one hand firmly fixed on God.
-- Bless you all, Pastor Brent.

What's coming up:
Watoto Children's Choir
In association with TEAR Fund NZ the Watoto Children's Choir is coming to Motueka Church of Christ 3rd of September 2010.
Watoto Children's Choirs have travelled internationally since 1994 as advocates for the estimated 50 million children in Africa orphaned as a result of HIV/AIDS, war, poverty and disease.
Accompanied by a team of adults, the choir presents Watoto's vision and mission through their stories, music and dance. Watoto choirs act as ambassadors to raise awareness about the plight of the orphaned and vulnerable children of Africa.

Please see Elly D. if you are interested in billeting a parent and Watoto child/children.
